Community Home Support Lanark County provides hospice palliative care services to people who have been diagnosed with a terminal or life-limiting illness and to assist them to live life as fully as possible while maintaining their dignity and serenity. Support to family, caregivers and friends is also provided.

Services include:

• Home visiting by volunteers;
• A day hospice to provide opportunities to socialize with others who have similar concerns; and
• Bereavement support after the loss of a loved one.

Your support is needed:

• Financially, as our programs are only partially supported by government funding;
• To increase awareness of our programs so that our friends and neighbors who need the services will be made aware that help is available: and
• As a volunteer to assist with our programs. Training is available at no cost. Volunteer work is not only personally rewarding but helps immensely.
